Anyone know what movie that quote is from?
I had a pretty productive day if I do say so myself. I worked first shift this morning and surprisingly the day actually went by pretty fast. I left at 3 to come home and chill for a little before my afternoon of stuff. I was expecting it to be raining when I left work, but it had cleared up and was actually pretty nice out. I had planned on a treadmill run, but since it was nice I contemplated running outside. It took me a while, but I decided to stick with the treadmill because I needed to be able to do two things at once. I went to my parents house to do laundry and while I waited I ran on the treadmill there. I tried to keep up a good pace and was very happy with my overall time. I always push myself to have negative splits on the treadmill. Did 4.5 miles in 41:36, which is about a 9:15/mile pace. : )
I had sooo much laundry to do! I even went all out and washed two pairs of sheets and a couple towels, usually that never happens! It took me a good 4-5 hours to do it all. I had three things that I needed to accomplish this afternoon. Run, Laundry, and finish the fake anchor for the Friday the 13th movie.
I worked on the anchor when I got done with my run. I already had the pieces sculpted, I just needed to work on painting them and adding duct tape and rope. Found some good spray paint in my dad’s garage, but no luck with the tape or rope. I had an idea though! I found masking tape and wondered if spray painting it silver would suffice. Low and behold it worked really well! I painted both pieces brown and put some ‘duct tape’ on them, but the whole thing still needs to be held together with some rope (hopefully Cory has rope?).
I got home like 3 hours ago and still haven’t put my laundry away, I have a bad habit of this. I also just realized that I forgot the anchor at my parents house and lucky enough my boyfriend loves me so much that he said he would go and pick it up for me when he got out of work.
Just ate a delicious peanut butter sandwich with a side of kiwi.
Foods that I can’t live without / could live off of forever:
- Peanut Butter
- Ice Cream
So many endless possibilities.
PS. It’s definitely time for another session of organizing!
