Boy am I tired today! It must be the weather outside, it’s not raining, but it might as well be. I woke up slightly earlier than usual this morning and it took a lot of persuasion from myself to get out there and run. I figured mapping out a new route would give me some extra motivation. I mapped out a quick 5K and tried to stay away from the main streets as much as possible. I must say that it was quite a success. My run was rather quick and I didn’t have to weave in and out of people. I must continue running on different streets so I can stay away from the crowds and busy intersections.

I came home and did some core work followed by a bit of upper body strength training. I’ve been trying to push myself to get back into the shape I was by this time last year, or even 6 months ago. I’ve gained at least 5 lbs since the beginning of the summer so I’m just trying to up my workouts. I went to the gym yesterday and it was definitely a nice change. Can’t wait to be able to get my own membership.
After working out was all said and done I whipped up some Steel Cut Oats, in a jar! In the mix was Bear Naked Granola, Honey, and a banana. It was then all poured into an almost empty jar of chunky peanut butter.
Applied for another job today, a one day makeup effects job that is also paying. Gotta go, I’m starving!
