I made 4 fitness resolutions at the start of 2010:
1. Run 750 Miles
2. Run 2 Half Marathons
3. Be able to do 30 pushups
4. Run 1 race every month starting in February.

I am currently following the FIRST training method that incorporates 3 runs a weeks and 2 days of cross training. Each run has a specific purpose. Key Workout #1 is Track Work, Key Workout #2 are Tempo Runs, and Key Workout #3 are Long Runs.
